Terms of service.

Deposits:

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure your date.

  • Deposits are due one week before your booking date, and specific details will be provided in the confirmation email.

  • For weddings and large group bookings, the deposit is required at the time of booking unless waiting on your trial.

  1. Refunds and Transfers:

    • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    • In cases of events being canceled or rescheduled due to government lockdowns/restrictions, your deposit is transferable to another date.

    • If you request a specific future date due to the cases listed above and the artist is not available, the deposit remains non-refundable but has no expiry, allowing for transfer to any future date.

  2. Availability and Booking Lock-in:

    • Deposits are essential to secure your date, preventing others from booking the same time slot.

    • They also assist in managing the workload, particularly for large jobs like group and bridal bookings.

  3. Cancellations and Accommodations:

    • While deposits are non-refundable, efforts will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

    • Government-mandated cancellations or rescheduling due to lockdowns are eligible for deposit transfer.

    • Please review these terms before making your deposit, as payment indicates agreement to these conditions.

  4. Client Agreement:

    • By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

    • Understand that the deposit is a commitment to our services and signifies acknowledgment of the outlined policies.
